French pundit Menes slams PSG boss Tuchel for 'arrogant' Man Utd tactics

French pundit Pierre Menes has slammed PSG coach Thomas Tuchel for his "arrogant" tactics in defeat to Manchester United.

On Tuesday night, United defeated PSG 2-1 in Paris for their opening Champions League group game.

Menes stated, "PSG had the success of equalising. But after that Tuchel was wrong for the second time of the evening. The first was to line up this midfield with three ball-winners who can do nothing with the ball.

"The second was completely lacking in humility or lucidity - as desired - when he brought on Rafinha in place of Ander Herrera, while keeping his four offensive players.

"All the while it was already miraculous that Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial had not already given the advantage to MU.

"On Rashford's winning goal, no one defends either Paul Pogba or the English striker.

"There is still this feeling that this team is not really coached. And it's really starting to show ... Now, an inaugural defeat in the LDC, it has already happened to PSG, no later than two years ago in Liverpool."
